The nurse assesses clients and provides routine nursing visits and treatments for a variety of complex and chronic medical conditions, wound care, medical and medication education, and caregiver training.

PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, AND SPEECH THERAPY
All JFSA therapy services are client focused and goal-oriented. Physical therapists collaborate with clients to develop a therapeutic exercise program and build overall strength, mobility and endurance. Occupational therapists design client-specific treatments that emphasis fine motor skills and improved function. Speech therapists work to prevent, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
