JFSA Caring at Home: Non-Medical Private Duty Home Care

JFSA provides non-medical, private duty home care aides and other private pay services. Short-term respite services are also available for those recovering from illness or injury. Each JFSA client is assigned a RN Case Manager to develop a plan of care and to oversee the delivery of services. All JFSA home care aides are trained/certified, background checked, and insured.

Services include, but are not limited to:
• Assistance with activities of daily living bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Light meal preparation
• Medication reminder
• Shopping and transportation
• Assistance with home exercise programs

Rates vary. Fees may be covered by private pay, long-term care insurance, VA insurance, PASSPORT, My Care Ohio, Medicaid, Holocaust Survivor subsidies and other subsidies.
