Kosher meals are delivered to seniors or home bound individuals who cannot shop or prepare meals for themselves. Twice a week, caring volunteers deliver fully cooked meals, ready to heat and prepared with the professional guidance of certified dietitians. All meals are prepared under strict rabbinic supervision.A full dinner is provided: soup, entrĂ©e (beef/chicken/fish), two side dishes, fruit, dessert, bread, margarine and a carton of milk (wrapped separately).All meals are low sodium. For people with diabetes, meals are approved by a dietitian. People with food allergies can receive a substitute meal, with a physician’s order. Subsidies are available to income eligible individuals through Passport, My Care Ohio and Title III-The Older American Act.
