JFSA Achieving Potential: Employment Services

At JFSA, we believe that work is an integral part of mental health recovery for individuals with disabilities. Work provides structure to the day, social interaction, a sense of purpose and intellectual fulfillment. JFSA offers two programs to help individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities face the challenges of locating and maintaining employment.
