JFSA Achieving Potential: Adult Day Support

The JFSA Adult Day Support Program provides weekly individual and group activities, such as art, exercise, and community field trips for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Activities help individuals have fun, spend time in the community, and learn new skills. Our program focuses on customized and flexible activities that are designed to stimulate both the mind and the body, promoting health and wellness.

Sample activities include art, tai chi, piano sing-a-long, library, kick ball, walking club, volunteering, movies, and many more to build a high level of integration in the community.

Participants enjoy these benefits:
• Increased interpersonal, recreational and personal care skills.
• Improved decision making skills.
• Improved physical and mental health through physical activity and friendship development.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Transportation is available.

Services may be paid for by Individual Option Waiver, Level One Waiver, or private pay.
