Association of Jewish Libraries
The Cleveland chapter of AJL chapters provides a means for librarians to share their expertise, promote regional collection development, upgrade their library skills, and generate communal programming and recognition.
Andrea Davidson, Library Director
Currently, this chapterĀ is inactive, but the National Association of Jewish Libraries continues to further its goals.
Established in 1966, The Association of Jewish Libraries promotes Jewish literacy through enhancement of libraries and library resources and through leadership for the profession and practitioners of Judaica librarianship.
The Association fosters access to information, learning, teaching and research relating to Jews, Judaism, the Jewish experience and Israel.
