Bikur Cholim provides compassionate support to Jewish individuals and families facing medical crises, both locally and for those traveling to Cleveland’s world-class medical centers for care.

Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Bikur Cholim offers all services free of charge, including hospitality homes, kosher meals, transportation, medical equipment loans, hospital visitations, and personalized guidance through the healthcare system. Every service is provided in accordance with Jewish tradition and law, regardless of affiliation.

Working closely with Cleveland’s leading hospitals and physicians, Bikur Cholim serves as an extended family, ensuring that no Jewish family has to face a medical crisis alone.

Services offered:

• Kosher meals (weekday and Shabbos)

• 5 guest homes in close proximity to synagogues and hospitals

• Kosher hospitality lounges and cabinets (located at 5 major hospitals throughout Cleveland)

• Medical equipment loan

• Transportation (including a handicapped-accessible van)

• Advocacy and referral support

• Visits to hospitals, the homebound and senior care facilities

• 24/7 hotline

• Support services for women and elders through our Women’s Health Division and Senior Division.
